Description

The Ordinary Glycolic Acid 7% Exfoliating Toner is a water-based formula containing 7% glycolic acid, an alpha-hydroxy acid that exfoliates the surface of the skin. It helps remove dead skin cells to improve the visible appearance of uneven texture, dullness and uneven skin tone.

With continued use, the toner helps the skin appear smoother, brighter and more luminous while reducing the visible appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. The formula also contains aloe vera leaf water, ginseng root extract and a Tasmanian pepperberry derivative. Natural variations in the pepperberry ingredient may cause the product’s colour to change slightly between batches.

The toner may also be applied to the scalp, where it helps support hydration and reduce the feeling of dryness.

Suitable for

Suitable for most skin types, particularly those concerned with:

• Uneven or rough-looking skin texture
• Dullness
• Uneven-looking skin tone
• The visible appearance of fine lines and wrinkles
• A dry-feeling scalp

This product is not recommended for sensitive, peeling or compromised skin.

How to Use

For the face and neck:

Apply once daily, preferably during the evening. After cleansing, distribute the toner over the face and neck using your fingers or a cotton pad. Do not rinse off. Avoid the eye contour and direct contact with the eyes.

For the scalp:

Apply to a dry scalp up to three times per week. Tilt the head backwards and use the nozzle to dispense the product from the front towards the back of the scalp in a sweeping motion. Massage thoroughly and leave the product on without rinsing.

Use only on unbroken skin and patch test before first use. Stop using the product and rinse thoroughly if irritation occurs. As the formula contains an AHA that may increase sensitivity to sunlight, use sunscreen, wear protective clothing and limit sun exposure while using the product and for one week afterwards. Keep out of the reach of children.
